Hi, I’m Bella. And I don’t just understand this industry—I helped build it.
At 22, I started my first pet sitting company with nothing but big dreams and even bigger drive. By 25, it was winning local and national awards. By 29, I’d sold it for six figures. And by 35, I’d done it again—this time while raising a 12-ounce micropreemie daughter in the NICU and running two companies on the systems I’d built.
That’s not hustle. That’s alignment.
I believe pet sitters and dog walkers deserve to have businesses that give back more than they take. That’s why I created Jump Consulting: to help you build a business that doesn’t just work—but works for you.
I’m not here to sell you fluff, busywork, or cookie-cutter strategies. I’m here to hand you the keys to a company that runs without you, earns without burning you out, and gets you visible in ways that actually convert. Meet Jillian, a true “Jill of all trades” who embodies the spirit of versatility and expertise. As an alumni of Arizona State University, she is well-equipped to tackle any challenge that comes her way. Living in the stunning Arizona desert, she appreciates the beauty of nature and loves spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, biking or simply relaxing by a body of water, Jillian never passes up an opportunity to connect with nature. As a proud mom of a three-year-old, she is always on the go, but remains incredibly organized, thanks to her love of lists. From to-do lists to checklists, Jillian has a unique talent for keeping track of everything and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. With her attention to detail and passion for organization, she provides her team with the reassurance they need to finish projects.
LILY – PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Lilisha is our Production Coordinator who’s keen eye for graphic design helps produce the creative visions at Jump Consulting. She is based in the Caribbean and has over 3 years of creative experience in a variety of mediums including social media, email marketing, and websites. Lilisha has a passion for design and branding. In her experience with coordination, Lily has streamlined projects from start to finish. Her unique combination of creative talent and business acumen makes them a valuable asset to the Jump Consulting team. She is a dedicated philomath, is always eager to take on new challenges and loves to connect with people.
